Birth Support

Birth is a powerful, personal threshold.

Birth is not something that simply happens to you. My role is to help you approach it with preparation, clarity, and confidence — so you can move through it feeling informed and supported.

How I Support You

  • Clarifying your values and preferences
  • Building a flexible birth plan rooted in what matters most to you
  • Preparing partners and support people for active participation
  • Continuous labor support at home or hospital
  • Grounded presence during moments of uncertainty

I help you shift from reacting to your birth to moving through it with intention.

Birth Packages

Together we craft the support package that fits your needs.

Packages usually include some combination of:

  • Prenatal visits to plan and prepare
  • Unlimited text and phone support — through your birth, or through six weeks postpartum
  • On-call availability beginning at 37 weeks
  • Continuous support during labor and birth
  • Between one and four postpartum visits within the first six weeks

Prenatal visits to plan and prepare

We meet a few times before birth to clarify your values and preferences, build a flexible birth plan rooted in what matters most to you, and prepare partners and support people for active participation. The number of visits depends on what you need.

Unlimited text and phone support — through your birth, or through six weeks postpartum

You can reach me with questions, worries, or just to think out loud. There is no question too small. The window of support extends through your birth, or through six weeks postpartum, depending on the shape we craft together.

On-call availability beginning at 37 weeks

From 37 weeks until your baby arrives, I'm your on-call person. When labor starts — or when you think it might be starting — I'm reachable, day or night.

Continuous support during labor and birth

When the big day arrives, I'll be there with you the entire time — acting as your advocate, handling the small details, and making sure you can fully focus on the work in front of you.

Between one and four postpartum visits within the first six weeks

After birth, I check in regularly during the most disorienting stretch. Visits cover whatever you need most — feeding support, processing the birth, baby care guidance, holding the baby while you nap.

For Individuals and Families of All Identities

I work with families of many structures, identities, and paths to parenthood. Your relationships, your pronouns, and your chosen supports are respected here.

You will not need to explain your existence in this space.
