Postpartum Support

The weeks after birth deserve their own care.

The weeks after birth are not an afterthought. They are a transition of their own. Recovery, identity shifts, feeding, sleep, and emotional adjustment all deserve thoughtful care.

How I Support You

  • Physical recovery support
  • Infant feeding guidance
  • Newborn care education
  • Emotional processing and validation
  • Nourishment and practical help in the home
  • Partner and family integration

Postpartum care is not about doing it perfectly. It is about building steadiness and confidence in your own way.

Postpartum Packages

Together we craft the support package that fits your needs.

Postpartum care is shaped to your household. Packages usually include some combination of:

  • Daytime in-home visits
  • Overnight shifts when needed
  • Feeding and lactation support
  • Light household help, meal preparation, and baby care
  • Emotional processing and validation
  • Partner and family integration
  • Continuity from pregnancy through the fourth trimester

Daytime in-home visits

Some families want morning visits during the busiest hours; others prefer afternoon care to help with naps and dinner prep. We figure out the cadence that works for your household.

Overnight shifts when needed

Sleep is the resource you most need protected after birth. Overnight care means I tend the baby through the small hours so you can actually rest.

Feeding and lactation support

Whether you are breastfeeding, formula-feeding, pumping, or some combination — I help you find what works. When the situation is beyond doula scope, I connect you with the right specialist.

Light household help, meal preparation, and baby care

The shape of postpartum is full of small tasks that pile up. I handle them so you can keep your focus on healing and bonding.

Emotional processing and validation

The early weeks bring a swirl of feelings — joy, exhaustion, identity shifts, sometimes grief. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental ear for all of it.

Partner and family integration

I help partners, parents, and other loved ones know what is helpful — and how to share the work without stepping on each other.

Continuity from pregnancy through the fourth trimester

For families who want one continuous arc of support, we can shape a package that begins prenatally, includes labor and birth, and continues through the first six weeks postpartum.

Centered on Your Reality

Every family looks different. Every recovery is different. I help you create a rhythm that works for your household, your body, and your capacity.

You do not need to navigate this alone.
